Jillian Kaufman Grano began her career working for Perry Ellis Men's and Paul Stuart. In 1990 she founded Utility Canvas with her husband Hal Grano. Jillian has 25 years experience designing, merchandising and following production. She splits her time between the Hudson Valley and New York City. She has three children... Odin, Illan and her daughter, Archer.

Tiffany Ashitey has been successfully telling brand stories for over 10 years in the entertainment, media and non-profit industries. She's a marketer by heart (and trade), with a strong portfolio in events and digital. Currently, this Temple University and NYU alum is the co-founder of Benchmark Creative Group.

Emily Hyland is one of the founders of Pizza Loves Emily, which began as a mom and pop passion project to serve pizza and homey fare to the community in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn; she embarked on this journey with her husband in 2014 and served as the company’s Chief Operating Officer from before the doors opened through 2017.
